More Than Miles: Bunny Hop Fun Run/5K
The sun had barely risen over White House Greenway when something special began to unfold. By 6:00 AM, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters were already in motion—setting up tents, placing signs, preparing water stations—all with one shared purpose: to create a day filled with joy, connection, and impact.
This was more than just a race. This was the inaugural Bunny Hop Fun Run/5K—a celebration of community and the heart behind The Manna Foundation.
At its core, The Manna Foundation exists to serve, support, and strengthen our community—bringing people together through moments of joy, generosity, and connection. On this beautiful morning, that mission was alive in every smile, every step, and every encouraging word.
As participants began to arrive, the excitement was contagious. Families gathered, friendships were strengthened, and a sense of belonging filled the air. Runners and walkers crossed the finish line with us in White House—each one a part of something bigger than themselves.
As our very first Bunny Hop Fun Run/5K, this event holds an especially meaningful place in our hearts. We are incredibly grateful for every single person who registered, showed up, and supported The Manna Foundation. Your presence, your energy, and your willingness to be part of something new helped make this inaugural event a beautiful success.
And while the morning air was crisp and cold, there was no shortage of warmth. The Grind Coffee Truck was on site serving what many would call the best coffee in all of Robertson County, providing a cozy and much-appreciated treat for participants, volunteers, and spectators alike.
Another incredible blessing to this event was the support from Robertson County Economic Development, who provided access to their event trailer at no cost. This generous contribution included signage holders, a rolling wagon, tables, chairs, and pop-up canopies—resources that played a significant role in making the event run smoothly.
Behind the scenes and at the finish line, another key piece of the day’s success was the support from Tony Randall and the team at Bald Eagle Events. Their expertise in race timing and event execution has been invaluable as we continue learning and growing in the Fun Run/5K space. Their professionalism, guidance, and willingness to step in wherever needed helped ensure everything ran seamlessly.

At 7:45 AM, we paused for a moment of gratitude with opening remarks and prayer, grounding the day in purpose before the race began.
At 8:00 AM, the race began, and the Bunny Hop Fun Run/5K was officially underway. Runners surged forward, walkers followed with smiles, and the course came alive with energy, encouragement, and community spirit. Whether chasing a personal best or simply enjoying the moment, every participant played a role in making the day memorable.
Meanwhile, the celebration continued at the start and finish area with family fun zones, music, and the Boogie Bunny Bash. Children danced, bubbles filled the air, and laughter echoed across the greenway as they cheered on their loved ones.
And then came the finish line—where determination met celebration.
