Halloween Fun Run & 5K — It Was Wicked Fun!
The 2025 Halloween Fun Run & 5K, hosted by The Manna Foundation, was a spooktacular success! On Saturday, October 25th, families, runners, walkers, and costumed participants filled White House High School with energy, laughter, and Halloween spirit.

With 170 registered participants and 123 crossing the finish line, the event brought together all ages for a morning of fun, fitness, and connection. As one participant shared;
“This didn’t feel like a race—it felt like a Halloween party with a finish line!”
Runners and walkers hit the course from 8:00–9:00 AM, followed by Family Fun Zones that kept the celebration going well into the morning.
Highlights included:
- Jack-o’-Fun Junction – Pumpkin Decorating with FREE pumpkins, decorating supplies, and take-home carving kits
“My kids are already asking if we can come back next year,” one parent laughed. - Howl-O-Ween Hangout – Pet Boutique (sponsored by White House Animal Hospital), complete with costumes, treats, and goodies for furry friends. “Best day ever… and I’m just here for the dog costumes!”
- Boo-Levard of Stars bringing smiles, photos, and magical moments
- Fan-favorite food and drink stops including Deja Moo Truck and The Grind Coffee Truck

The excitement continued with the Halloween Costume Contest, where creativity took center stage. Families, kids, and individuals showed off their Halloween spirit, competing for titles like Miss Spooktacular 2025 and Master of Frights 2025. One spectator summed it up perfectly:
“I came for the run, but I stayed for the costumes!”

In the spirit of giving, participants also donated toiletry items benefiting Matthew 25 in Nashville, extending the impact of the event beyond the finish line.
“It feels good knowing we had fun and helped others at the same time,” shared a participant.
Between specialty medals, festive costumes, community generosity, and nonstop smiles, the Halloween Fun Run & 5K delivered exactly what it promised—fun, wellness, connection, and wicked good memories for all.
“Same time next year?”
We can’t wait to do it again!
