Project Backpack 2025: Overflowing with Gratitude
What an incredible season this has been!
Project Backpack 2025 is officially complete, and our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for the way our community came together to love and serve local students.
Backpacks Filled with Love
This year, we were blessed by a generous donor who provided all of the backpacks, and our amazing community members stepped up to purchase the supplies. Together, every single backpack was purchased, packed, and prayed over. Some even went above and beyond—purchasing both backpacks and supplies to make sure every child was covered.
Teaching Kids to Serve
One of our favorite stories came from a homeschool mom and her children, who adopted a backpack and purchased the supplies as part of their own back-to-school project. What a beautiful way to teach the next generation about serving others and sharing God’s love!
We also want to give a very special thank you to Jenni Dusky at the Robertson County Family Resource Center for connecting us with Robert F. Woodall Elementary and White House Heritage Elementary. Partnerships like these allow us to reach even more students and families with the love and encouragement they need.
The impact of Project Backpack 2025 went far beyond the supplies themselves. Teachers, families, and even school staff were deeply touched. One guidance counselor shared,
“You all are a part of my manna from heaven!”
That statement beautifully reflects the heart of this project—meeting needs while pointing to God’s faithful provision.
Faith in Action: 1 Peter 4:10
We are also so thankful for those who donated classroom supplies, wrote notes of encouragement, and faithfully covered this initiative in prayer. Truly, you have been the hands and feet of Jesus, living out 1 Peter 4:10:
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
1 Peter 4:10
Because of your generosity, students across our community began this school year prepared, encouraged, and filled with hope. And this is only the beginning—our vision is already turning toward Project Backpack 2026, and we can’t wait to see how God multiplies the blessings even more in the year to come.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of this mission. Together, we are making an eternal impact—one backpack, one student, and one prayer at a time.
Be Blessed,
The Manna Foundation
